适用范围Scope
本政策适用于心花怒放 App、XinHuaNuFang 键盘扩展、官方网站及相关服务。若某些功能另有独立说明或系统权限提示，以该说明与本政策共同适用。This Policy applies to the XinHuaNuFang app, keyboard extension, website, and related services. Feature-specific notices and system permission prompts apply together with this Policy.
产品主要功能包括 AI 回复建议、文本改写、花式开场、键位市场、个性化键位配置、订阅会员和客户支持。The product includes AI reply suggestions, rewriting, conversation starters, a style marketplace, keyboard customization, subscriptions, and support.
我们可能处理的信息Information We May Process
用户主动输入的聊天文本User-submitted text
你在键盘或 App 中粘贴、输入并用于 AI 改写或生成回复的文本。该信息用于实时生成改写结果，会发送至我们的服务端，并可能由大模型服务提供方处理。Text you type or paste for AI rewriting or reply generation. It is used to generate results in real time, sent to our servers, and may be processed by AI model providers.
键位与偏好设置Keyboard preferences
已开启键位、排序、语言、角色类型和基础设置。通常保存在设备或 App Group 本地空间，用于让 App 与键盘扩展保持一致。Enabled styles, key order, language, role type, and basic settings. Usually stored locally on your device or in the App Group container.
订阅与购买状态Subscription status
订阅商品 ID、是否有效、到期时间。订阅购买由 Apple App Store / StoreKit 处理。我们不会获取银行卡号、支付密码或完整付款信息。Product ID, active status, and expiration date. Purchases are processed by Apple App Store / StoreKit. We do not receive your card number or payment password.
设备与诊断信息Device and diagnostics
系统版本、App 版本、接口请求时间、错误日志、网络状态。用于排查崩溃、网络异常、接口错误和提升服务稳定性。OS version, app version, request timing, error logs, and network status. Used to troubleshoot crashes, network issues, API errors, and improve reliability.
联系与反馈信息Support information
你通过邮件发送的邮箱、联系方式、问题描述或截图。用于客户支持、问题定位和与你沟通处理结果。Email address, contact details, issue descriptions, or screenshots sent to us. Used to provide support and communicate with you.
我们不会主动读取你的通讯录、相册、精确位置、麦克风、摄像头、短信或其他无关数据。若未来新增相关功能，将在使用前通过系统权限或产品提示说明。We do not actively access your contacts, photos, precise location, microphone, camera, SMS messages, or unrelated data. If future features require such permissions, we will explain them through system prompts or product notices.

- 排查故障、崩溃、接口超时和异常请求。Troubleshoot crashes, timeouts, and abnormal requests.

键盘扩展与完全访问Keyboard Extension and Full Access
为了在第三方聊天 App 中使用 AI 改写、键位市场配置、会员状态同步和跳转主 App 等能力，XinHuaNuFang 键盘可能需要你在 iOS 设置中开启“允许完全访问”。To use online rewriting, style syncing, subscription syncing, and app deep links inside third-party messaging apps, the XinHuaNuFang keyboard may require “Allow Full Access” in iOS Settings.
开启完全访问后，当你主动使用 AI 改写或粘贴文本功能时，相关文本会被发送至我们的服务端处理。我们不会在你未主动触发相关功能时，持续上传你在其他 App 中输入的全部内容。When Full Access is enabled, text is sent to our servers only when you actively use AI rewriting, paste, or related online features. We do not continuously upload everything you type in other apps without your action.
第三方服务Third-Party Services
- Apple: 用于 App 分发、TestFlight、订阅购买、退款、恢复购买和系统权限管理。app distribution, TestFlight, subscriptions, refunds, purchase restoration, and system permissions.
- 大模型服务提供方AI model providers: 用于处理你主动提交的文本并生成 AI 回复或改写结果。process user-submitted text to generate AI replies or rewritten content.
- 云服务与基础设施提供方Cloud providers: 用于接口服务、缓存、日志、安全防护和稳定性保障。API hosting, caching, logs, security, and reliability.
我们不会出售你的个人信息。未经授权，我们不会将你的个人信息用于第三方广告追踪。We do not sell your personal information or use it for third-party advertising tracking without your authorization.
保存期限与安全措施Retention and Security
我们仅在实现本政策所述目的所必需的期限内保存相关信息。AI 请求文本原则上用于实时处理；为排查错误、安全审计和服务稳定性，我们可能保留必要的请求日志、错误日志或诊断信息。We retain information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy. AI request text is primarily used for real-time processing. We may retain necessary logs for troubleshooting, security auditing, and service stability.
你的权利与选择Your Rights and Choices
- 在 App 内修改或删除键位配置。Edit or delete keyboard settings in the app.
- 在 iOS 设置中关闭键盘完全访问或相关系统权限。Disable keyboard Full Access or other permissions in iOS Settings.
- 在 App Store 账户设置中管理或取消订阅。Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
- 通过邮件联系我们，请求访问、更正、删除相关个人信息或撤回同意。Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent where applicable.
